Born 1973. Practises as counsel and attorney before courts and arbitration tribunals, especially in labour and inheritance law, civil litigation, social security law, as well as public and administrative law issues.

Her primary activities include advising companies and private individuals on all labour law issues (e.g. drawing up employment contracts and secondment agreements, advising on employee share option programmes, drawing up collective employment agreements, assistance on issues connected to labour law permits and social security law issues). Furthermore extensive experience in estate planning and distribution (in particular estate litigation).

Education: Legal studies at the University of Basel.

Experience: Various work in administration, fiduciary companies and law firms; attorney in a commercial law firm in Basel since 2002. Lecturer at the University of Basel (Master Program administrative law, constitutional jurisdiction).

Memberships: Basel Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association.

Publications: Numerous publications in the field of labour law and public procedural law.
