Has been working in the Middle East and North Africa Region since. Was heading the area of corporate and business transactions, where he regularly advises clients on the formation, financing, governance and operation of companies, joint ventures and distribution arrangements in Kuwait, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, the UAE and other countries in the region.
Is currently heading the Litigation Department of the Firm and has represented clients in several commercial litigation, construction disputes, real estate matters and alternative dispute resolutions his work in construction also includes agreements for joint bids, and EPC and separate contracts for the design, construction and supply for the project, as well as utility contracts.
Acted as legal adviser in International Trade dispute on Litigation related to the Dispute between Carriers and Buyers, such complaint included the claim of (258) Million Euros against the Carriers for the transportation and Shipment disputes, such defense was mainly supported by under the Vienna
Convention on the International Sale of Goods.
Advised its Saudi Client, International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), a Member of the Islamic Development Bank Group (ISDB Group) on Promissory Notes, Mortgages and Security Interests for Foreign Banks acting in Lebanon, and the requirements and eligibility conditions pertaining to foreign Banks recording and enforcing such enforceable Security Interests in Lebanon.
Represented its client in claims against Bank of Cyprus Public Company LTD. to seek redress for fraudulent acts to seek multiple damages allowed for prevention and suppression of Money Laundering by virtue of EU Treaties of Money Laundering and the law on prevention and
suppression of money laundering.
