David Schwintowski advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (private and public), private equity structures, the design of strategic joint ventures as well as on regulatory matters regarding the domestic and European banking and insurance supervision. Furthermore, he focuses his practice on complex corporate restructurings, venture capital and general corporate law topics, including capital markets law.

Prior to joining the firm, David was General Counsel of Rocket Internet SE for one and a half years and, prior to that, worked for Freshfields Munich and Hong Kong for more than five years.
