Peter has wide-ranging experience advising clients in the real estate and media, technology & telecommunications sectors. He represents large national and international listed companies as well as aspiring start-ups.
On the basis of his experience, Peter is recognized by several legal directories as a leading advisor in Private Equity, M&A as well as real estate law. He was awarded “Lawyer of the year 2017, Private Equity” by Handelsblatt, and “Leading Partner in Real Estate Law by JUVE in 2017, 2016 and 2015 and by Who is Who Legal 2017 and 2016. Furthermore, Peter is a member of the supervisory board of a real estate company.
Prior to joining the firm, Peter worked at Olswang in Germany as a partner and in the corporate group and the real estate group of Freshfields in Berlin and Munich as well as for Merrill Lynch, Global Principal Investments, in London.
