Elizabeth Rogers is a land use attorney at Lerch, Early & Brewer in Bethesda, Maryland who helps clients secure zoning approvals in Montgomery County. She has worked on projects for developers of mixed-use, commercial and residential buildings, educational institutions, religious organizations and individual property owners. Liz has provided assistance to clients through many stages of the development process, starting with gathering information, through zoning feasibility and due diligence, and working throughout the process of obtaining various development and administrative approvals, such as site plans, special exceptions and variances.
