Biography

Mr. McParland practices in the areas of general civil litigation, real estate, residential/commercial landlord and tenant law, condominiums/cooperatives/homeowners associations, foreclosures, bankruptcy, and business transactions. He has managed BBS&G's community association practice since joining the firm in 1988. He is an experienced litigator and lecturer, and has represented clients before both the Court of Appeals for Maryland and the District of Columbia.
