Sandra Salinas is certified as a Family Law Specialist through the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. She is a partner in the law firm of Feinberg & Waller. Ms. Salinas is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California and the United States Federal Court. She has extensive legal experience as a civil litigator and family law attorney. She is a recipient of the Wiley W. Manuel Award for Pro Bono legal services from the State Bar of California. Ms. Salinas received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Chapman University and earned her law degree from Western State University where she was the Honors Moot Court Executive Director.
