After a short break from school in which she coached and worked as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, Talia attended the University of Washington School of Law. While there, she was the Chief Online Editor of the Washington Journal of Technology, Law and Arts, was a member of the Technology Law and Policy Clinic, and competed in the Manfred Lachs International Space Law Moot Court Competition in Washington D.C.
During her time in law school, Talia also clerked at the Washington State Attorney General's Office, interned with the Issaquah Prosecuting Attorney's Office. She moved to Billings, MT in August of 2016 to begin her practice.
