Biography

At Sirote, Adam serves as a shareholder in the Corporate and Securities and Real Estate Practice Groups , representing commercial real estate developers and their investors. His clients span a broad spectrum of asset categories, including their retail, office, industrial/warehouse, multi-family, healthcare and life sciences, restaurant and hospitality, entertainment and sports, education, and agricultural, ranch, and hunting properties. He also counsels real estate clients in their general corporate, intellectual property, management and operations, and tax planning matters.

What is the best part of your job?

Helping my clients accomplish their goals, on time and on budget.

What do you think are the three most important things you do to serve your clients?

First, and foremost, is being available. Being there for your clients, for matters large and small, is critical. Second, treating my clients, coworkers, and counterparties with respect by following the golden rule and treating others as you would have them treat you. Finally, taking time to truly understand our clients, including their operations and goals, is important if we are truly going to serve them. At Sirote, we take pride in this kind of “quiet” service, in the background of their accolades and successes.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I enjoy spending time with my family, learning and doing their favorite things. My daughter, Sofia, who is 14, enjoys rock-climbing and bouldering. My son, Asher, who is 11, loves football and basketball (playing each sport as well as fantasy league team management). My wife, Anna, loves to travel all over the world.
