Bob LeMoine is an attorney in the Birmingham office of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, where his practice focuses on worker's compensation defense. Mr. LeMoine previously served as Deputy District Attorney with the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office. As a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. LeMoine successfully prosecuted thousands of criminal matters, from simple drug possession through capital murder, trying many of these cases to conviction before local juries. In his final year with the District Attorney's Office, Mr. LeMoine was voted one of the top ten state and federal prosecutors in the Birmingham area. Mr. LeMoine graduated with a major in both Criminology and Political Science and a minor in Business, from the University of Florida. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, Mr. LeMoine was named to the Dean's List, earned multiple Scholar of Merit awards, was a member of the National Arbitration Team, and served as Trial Board Director.
