Caitlyn is an experienced public finance and real estate development attorney. She provides counsel on various aspects of commercial real estate development and financing, including public finance, acquisitions and sales, and economic development relating to multi-family housing, senior living facilities, universities, and recreational and hotel developments. Active in a wide range of community organizations, she was selected to The Rotaract Club of Birmingham’s Leadership Development Program in 2017 and serves as Chair of the program for 2018-2019. She is President of The Alabama Symphony Orchestra’s Junior Patrons for 2018-2019. She was selected as a member of the Birmingham Multiple-Sclerosis Leadership Class of 2016 and Children’s of Alabama’s Committee for the Future Class of 2015.

Experience: Served as bond counsel to a Mississippi medical center in connection with the issuance of tax-exempt and taxable revenue bonds exceeding 130,000,000 for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding indebtedness and expanding hospital facilities.; Served as bond counsel to an Alabama special care authority in connection with the issuance of a tax-exempt series of bonds exceeding 80,000,000 for the purpose of renovating and expanding senior living facilities.; Served as bond counsel to a Mississippi corporation in connection with the issuance of solid waste disposal revenue bonds exceeding 17,000,000 for the purpose of making capital improvements to various solid waste facilities.; Served as underwriter's counsel for revenue bonds exceeding 60,000,000 by a public university in Mississippi to expand its athletic facilities, finance various capital expenditures, and refund certain outstanding debt.
