David is a member of Sirote's Corporate & Tax Practice Group. As a trusted advisor to both businesses and individuals, David is involved in a wide range of general business law. He has experience in assisting clients in a variety of matters, including corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and tax planning. In addition, David has experience advising executives and companies on directors & officers liability insurance programs. David received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
