Hayley Scheer is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office and practices in the areas of Health Care, Corporate and Real Estate Law. Prior to joining the firm, Hayley graduated with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017 receiving her LL.M. in Global Health Law and International Institutions. While there, she served as LL.M. Editor of the Food and Drug Law Journal, and studied at the Graduate Institute for International and Development Studies in Geneva, Switzerland. Hayley graduated with academic and public service honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2016, where she was published in and served on the editorial board for the Tennessee Transactions Journal of Business Law. Hayley was also recognized for her advocacy skills, receiving several recognitions for her membership on the Prince Evidence Moot Court team and her service as a student attorney for the Domestic Violence Clinic. Hayley Scheer is admitted to practice in Alabama and is a member of the American Bar Association and Birmingham Bar Association. In addition to practicing law, Hayley enjoys running, hiking and participating in triathlons.
