Ian Platt focuses his practice on commercial law and finance, representing clients on inventory financing, asset based lending, business contracts and other commercial law matters, including equipment leasing and finance. Ian has a diverse background in areas such as financing originations, new product development and distressed situations; asset acquisitions and divestments; procurement; technology licensing; professional services agreements; and related corporate matters.
