    The job did get done, and as far as I can tell, it got done properly. But the process seemed very slow: over 13 months to settle a straightforward, uncontested estate. Charges came in close to what he had estimated to us. He was gracious on the phone... Read more

    The job did get done, and as far as I can tell, it got done properly. But the process seemed very slow: over 13 months to settle a straightforward, uncontested estate. Charges came in close to what he had estimated to us. He was gracious on the phone, but responsiveness and communication were not the best. At one point, he failed to return phone calls or emails for a month. Documents were sent out full of errors. Reason offered for these shortcomings: relocation of his office. Read less
