Biography

David Moore is a partner in the firm's Business & Commercial Litigation Practice Group and practices from the firm's Birmingham office. His practice focuses primarily on the areas of commercial litigation, professional liability, and insurance law.

Mr. Moore has represented individual and corporate defendants in state court and in various federal courts throughout Mississippi and Alabama. He has represented clients with regard to state and federal cases in the areas of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), fraud, contract, copyright, professional liability, products liability, and insurance law.

In addition, Mr. Moore has handled appellate proceedings in the Supreme Court of Alabama and the United States Circuit Courts for the Fourth and Eleventh Circuits. He also regularly advises clients regarding pre-litigation insurance coverage issues.
