He has also assisted governmental boards and entities in responding to state and federal investigations.Mark also represents and advises governmental entities, companies and individuals in the areas of real estate, development and land use controls, zoning and eminent domain as well as environmental reviews, issues and proceedings. He has significant experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and large, complex transactions. He has reviewed, drafted and negotiated numerous purchase and sales contracts utilized in day-to-day business as well as professional services contracts for engineers, architects, financial advisors and other professionals.
