Honors And Awards
Michael graduated cum laude from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While attending law school, he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Cumberland Law Review, was an Associate Justice on the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Executive Board, and an Abraham Caruthers Teaching Fellow. Michael was a recipient of the ALI CLE Award for Scholarship and Leadership, the Judge Paul O. Moyle Writing Award, was chosen as a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honor society, and received numerous Scholar of Merit awards.
