Mr. Gresham also represents hundreds of individuals who have been injured as a result of taking dangerously defective pharmaceutical products, and he regularly represents individuals and companies in securities fraud, breach of contract, shareholder claims and other types of business disputes. In addition to his work as a litigator, Mr. Gresham is corporate counsel for two national companies, for one of which he serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and one international company.
Mr. Gresham has earned an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which means that his peers have recognized him for achieving "the height of professional excellence" and for exhibiting "the highest levels of skill and integrity."
Mr. Gresham is a member of the Alabama State Bar (Environmental Law Section), and he is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Alabama and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Gresham is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) (Section on Toxic, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Torts), he is a Sustaining Member of the Alabama Association for Justice (ALAJ), formerly the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association, and he is a member of the Christian Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA).
