I became an attorney because of my desire to help individuals and organizations resolve problems and achieve their ambitions.

What is the best part of your job?

I love working as a part of a team of smart and motivated professionals with the common goal of finding the best outcomes for our clients.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

My most enjoyable times away from the office are spent with my family somewhere on a hiking trail or gathered around the table for a great meal together with lively conversation and much laughter.

•Served as General Counsel of Highland Capital Holding Corporation from 1998-2005 and as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer from 2004-2005

•As a member of the senior management team of Highland Capital Holding Corporation, a national insurance and financial services firm, Todd was responsible for advising the company from inception of its initial business plan through capital raising, acquisition, and growth cycles and through a strategic merger with a publicly traded company (NYSE:NFP)
