Biography

Wendy Hardegree concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial finance, SBA lending, commercial lending, factoring, secured transactions, loan documentation and restructuring, real estate law, foreclosures and workouts, corporate law, business law, and bankruptcy. Her clients include large and small banks, commercial finance companies, and other businesses.

Ms. Hardegree received her Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Alabama, summa cum laude, in 2006, and her Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2009. While attending the University of Alabama School of Law, Ms. Hardegree was a member of the Business Law Society, Farrah Student Law Society, Tax and Estate Planning Law Society and received the Alabama Federal Tax Clinic “Forrest D. Herrington” Scholarship for the 2008-2009 year based on excellent academic achievement.
