Mr. William D. 'Trey' Bolling, III



Working in the firm's Corporate and Securities and Tax Practice Groups , Trey focuses on negotiating and structuring complex tax and business planning transactions, including investment structuring, real estate development, mergers, acquisitions, internal restructurings, and divestitures. In addition, he assists clients with tax and economic development incentives at the federal, state, and local levels, with a particular emphasis on federal opportunity zones and tax credit finance.
