Michael J. Hamblin is a partner with the Troy, Michigan law firm of Frank Haron Weiner. Mr. Hamblin helps clients with a wide variety of legal issues.

Mike Hamblin represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal matters. Mr. Hamblin's practice is primarily focused on small business and real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Hamblin works with small business owners and entrepreneurs with the legal aspects of setting up a business, preparing the necessary documents and agreements to bring a business to "life" and also helps business owners with addressing and resolving the full spectrum of legal issues that can arise in the operation of a business.

Mr. Hamblin has particular expertise in franchise law, and regularly works with both franchisors and franchisees to help them implement their business goals through a franchised business system. This includes preparing franchise offering documents (FDD's) and franchise agreements for franchisors, as well as assisting franchisees in negotiating franchise agreements, as well as other legal contracts that are involved in investing in a franchised business system.

A large part of Mr. Hamblin's law practice involves representing clients in litigation cases of all kinds at both the trial and appellate level, including business and partnership disputes, real estate matters, franchise cases, employment cases, as well as many other kinds of litigation cases.

Mr. Hamblin also provides personal legal services to individual clients such as divorce and other types of family law cases, as well as preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and medical care directives and documents. Mr. Hamblin also provides comprehensive representation to clients in the Michigan probate administration process.
