Jason counsels clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Andersen Banducci, he was an associate with Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While there, Jason represented national and local clients in a variety of litigated disputes ranging from personal injury and premises liability claims to complex construction and insurance coverage disputes.

Jason has also successfully negotiated favorable outcomes for individuals and businesses. And as part of the New Mexico Second Judicial District’s Volunteer Attorney Program, he offered pro bono legal services to individuals in property and landlord-tenant disputes.
