Regan is passionate about serving the individual needs of her clients. She always ensures that there are open lines of communication and that she is available for her clients both on a day-to-day basis and whenever the unexpected arises. Regan brings skilled, strong, and experienced advocacy to representation of her clients.
Regan grew up on a farm in southeast Idaho. She graduated magna cum laude with highest honors from Boise State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at BSU she served as captain of the Speech and Debate team and won two individual national championships in speech and debate.
Regan attended law school at the University of Idaho where she was a member of the Idaho Law Review, president of the Outlaw Student Organization, and on the Dean’s List. During law school, Regan interned for the ACLU of Idaho, the Boise State University General Counsel’s Office, the Idaho Court of Appeals, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho.
Professional Standing & Affiliations
Regan currently serves as a Council Member to the Idaho State Bar Family Law Section. She is a member of the Professionalism and Ethics Section of the Idaho State Bar and she regularly volunteers for the Idaho Trial Lawyers street-law clinic. She also takes pro bono cases for the Idaho Volunteer Lawyers Program. Regan is a member of both the Idaho and Wyoming state bar associations.
