Biography

Russell R. Thomson is an associate in the Bonita Springs office. He has been practicing workers’ compensation defense in Georgia and in South Carolina for over twelve years. Mr. Thomson previously worked with regional firms where he gained experience in both workers’ compensation and general liability insurance defense litigation. He has tried hearings before Administrative Law Judges and has participated in numerous depositions.

Mr. Thomson obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Spanish from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. While attending Clemson, Mr. Thomson was involved in the Order of Omega, the Golden Key International Honor Society, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Alpha Theta, the honorary fraternity for history majors. Mr. Thomson went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia.

Mr. Thomson is admitted to practice law in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.
