Noah A. Rabin: Attorney with Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian LLP

Noah A. Rabin advocates on behalf of his clients with regard to their civil litigation needs. His practice focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability, construction law, employment law, and professional liability. Noah’s experience as a former criminal defense attorney and plaintiff’s litigation attorney provide him with perspective and experience from which he draws his strength as a defense attorney. Outside of the courtroom, he assists physicians and other health care providers with regulatory and licensing matters before the various boards and committees that regulate and oversee health care professionals.

In his personal time, Noah is an avid cook, gardener, and rock climbing instructor.

Noah’s legal practice began as a criminal defense attorney practicing before various District Courts in the Boston area, where he quickly learned operating in the Courts in a learn-on-your-feet environment. Subsequently, he worked in a boutique law firm representing plaintiffs in various areas of civil litigation. He developed his insurance defense and medical malpractice experience at another large Massachusetts law firm before joining Adler, Cohen, Harvey, Wakeman & Guekguezian, LLP in 2017.
