Paula represents business clients in a wide variety of litigated matters. Her practice concentrates on complex business and commercial litigation, including disputes involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, unfair and deceptive business practices, and shareholder and partner disputes. She is also experienced in litigating intellectual property, employment, real estate and land use, and environmental claims.

After law school, Paula served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Cudahy of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She practiced for ten years in the Trial Department at Goodwin Procter LLP before joining Cooke Clancy & Gruenthal LLP.
