Steven D. Eimert is a partner in the firm's Business Law Department, where he focuses on the organization, financing and on-going representation of private companies. Steve has special expertise in the acquisition, disposition and financing of private companies, all aspects of credit union operations, governance and regulation, and also timberland investment and property management arrangements. He is also experienced in buy-sell arrangements among founding owners and planning for intergenerational ownership and management transitions of private companies and executive compensation issues. He also has handled a number of disputes between owners of closely-held businesses, some resolved through court action and others through private settlement. Phi Beta Kappa; Omicron Delta Epsilon; Order of the Coif. Staff Member, 1980-1981 and Editor, 1981-1982, Boston College Law Review.
