Biography

Tom Caruso’s practice centers around the defense of medical providers in medical malpractice and professional liability matters, as well as the defense of general civil litigation matters.

Experience

Prior to joining Adler Cohen, Tom gained experience in a large civil litigation defense firm where his practice focused on the representation of insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury and premises liability matters. While in law school, Tom was a member of New York Law School’s Cyberharassment Clinic. The first of its kind in the country, this clinic is devoted to the representation of victims of cyberharassment, including bullying, stalking, and the distribution of non-consensual pornography. Tom was also president of the Sports Law Society.
