Biography

Ben is a partner whose practice focuses on commercial litigation. Since joining the firm, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of complex disputes. Ben has litigated business disputes, land use matters, and actions involving constitutional law. He has successfully represented clients at trial and on appeal, including six and seven figure jury verdicts on behalf of plaintiffs.

Prior to joining the firm, Ben clerked for the Honorable Brian Morris. He then spent two years at a respected firm in Billings before he and his family moved to Bozeman in 2008 to be closer the mountains and his home town of Helena.

Ben has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by Mountain States Super Lawyers.
