Before joining Crowley Fleck, Griffin worked as a law clerk to Montana Supreme Court Justice Mike Wheat; earned his law degree magna cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School; and earned his mechanical engineering degree with highest honors from Montana State University. Raised in Bozeman, Griffin enjoys running, skiing, and whitewater kayaking when he is not in the office.

DOWL, LLC, 2017 MT 238, 389 Mont. 8, 402 P.3d 1244 - We obtained a unanimous decision on appeal that enforced a limitation of liability contract clause and limited the 1.2 million dollar construction defect claim against our client to 50,000 or less.; Lone Moose Meadows, LLC v. Boyne USA, Inc., 2017 MT 142, 387 Mont. 507, 396 P.3d 128 - We obtained a unanimous decision on appeal that our client was entitled to summary judgment on its breach of contract claim.
