Biography

Mr. Ramsey was born and raised in Brevard, NC. He attended Wake Forest University for his undergraduate degree, and served in the Army for two years. He then attended the University of North Carolina where he obtained a master’s degree in political science and his law degree. Mr. Ramsey has been practicing law in Brevard with Ramsey & Pratt for over 45 years.
