Michael D. Sinai, Esq. practices in several areas of environmental law, including environmental litigation, toxic torts, regulatory compliance, construction law, development, zoning and land use. Other specific practice areas include permitting for industrial facilities, wetlands and stormwater management, federal and state Superfund sites, underground storage tanks and oil spills, transactional due diligence, and solid and hazardous waste management. Mr. Sinai also has experience in the fields of insurance defense, landlord-tenant law, and general litigation.

Mr. Sinai joined Lieberman & Blecher, P.C. as an associate in May 2018. Mr. Sinai is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.
