Experience

Will Gallagher practices in the areas of trusts and estates, taxation, and corporate law. He has experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, probate, business succession planning, family partnership planning, fiduciary law, federal tax issues, and tax matters affecting nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations.

Will practices in HunterMaclean’s Savannah and Brunswick offices and is actively engaged in both communities.

Will graduated Order of the Coif and cum laude from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. He also earned an LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Will served as an editor for the Environmental Law Journal and interned with Judge Juan R. Sanchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He also served as the recruitment chair of the Tax Law Society and as a class representative for the Villanova Student Bar Association.
