Ms. Guillet regularly advises clients with issues on the implementation of food regulations both on the European Union and the French level, in particular regarding food labeling, health and nutrition claims and food ingredients. She also advises clients on cosmetics (composition and claims). She assists clients on French commercial litigation (unfair competition, termination of business relation) and criminal litigation (misleading advertising, product safety).
Ms. Guillet previously worked for international and French law firms in Paris (antitrust law, distribution law, commercial litigation, food law).
