Brett Miller focuses his practice on workers’ compensation matters. Brett graduated cum laude from the University at Buffalo Law School where he clerked for Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. Brett also held clerkships with Hon. Jeremiah J. McCarthy in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York, in the Office of Assistant Chief Counsel in U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and in private practice.
