Daniel Moar concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, representing a broad range of clients, from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and individuals. His experience includes complex and high-exposure commercial cases involving breach of contract, business torts, business valuation disputes, non-competition agreements, consumer protection statutes, and intellectual property claims. He has defended directors and officers of corporations in shareholder disputes involving mergers and acquisitions, and against claims alleging negligence, bad faith, and breach of fiduciary duty.
