Troy Flascher is a partner in the firm's Buffalo, New York office. He graduated cum laude
from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he served as an editor of the school's law review. His general litigation practice includes product liability, transportation, premises liability, auto collisions, construction accidents, contractual liability, property damage claims, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance issues and litigation, and claims of errors and omissions by insurance agents and brokers. Troy has litigated several wrongful death matters arising out of truck and automobile accidents.
