Biography

Executive Summary

Andrew Pozzobon is an associate in our Commercial Litigation Group in our Calgary office. He maintains a broad civil litigation practice, with a focus on securities litigation and regulatory enforcement, oil and gas litigation, and shareholder disputes.

Andrew also maintains a labour and employment practice, advising on all aspects of employment and labour law. Andrew routinely acts for employers on wrongful termination cases, human rights complaints and workers' compensation matters. He has also been involved in a number of Occupational Health and Safety investigations and prosecutions.

Andrew has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. He has also made appearances before the Alberta Securities Commission, the Alberta Human Rights Commission, and the Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers' Compensation.
