Christina has experience conducting both commercial and residential real estate matters, including conveyancing, real estate development, new home and condominium construction, and ongoing governance matters for condominiums and homeowners' associations, as well as related corporate and finance matters.
She also has experience advising clients on a broad variety of corporate transactions ranging from large-scale asset and share transactions to working with small, closely held corporations. She has worked with a variety of small and mid-sized private and public issuers on securities related matters including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure compliance and general securities and corporate compliance.
Christina also has experience in the areas of not-for-profit corporations and charitable organizations.
Christina earned a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from the University of Calgary in 2009, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta in 2013. She joined the firm as a summer student in 2012, returning as an articling student and subsequently as a lawyer.
