Christine Collard is a member of the National Intellectual Property Group, National Intellectual Property Litigation Group, National Oil and Gas Group, and Biotech and Pharmaceutical Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She became a registered trademark agent in 1995 and a registered Canadian patent agent in 1997. She focuses on patent litigation and patent prosecution and opinions, with an emphasis on technology related to oil and gas, industrial chemicals, and technology related to pharmaceutical and medical devices. She has expertise in strategic IP protection of technologies, obtaining patent protection worldwide, managing international IP portfolios and enforcing Canadian IP rights.
