Frank Foran is Counsel in our Commercial Litigation Group in our Calgary office. Frank practises litigation, arbitration and administrative law, with an emphasis on corporate, commercial and energy litigation and arbitration (including oil & gas, electricity, banking, general commercial, construction, and insurance), and energy regulatory matters. Recognized as a leading lawyer in these areas of law by the foremost legal rankings publications, Frank has appeared before all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and before regulatory (primarily energy) tribunals.
Frank is an appointed fellow of both the Litigation Counsel of America and the American College of Trial Lawyers, a status reserved for less than one per cent of all practising lawyers of any state or province. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1988.
