Joelle Dudelzak is a senior associate in the Calgary office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. She is a member of the Securities and Capital Markets Group, practicing corporate, commercial and securities law. Joelle assists clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and securities matters, including mergers and purchase and sale of business transactions of both public and private companies; financing transactions including public and private offerings of debt and equity securities; the reorganization and restructuring of corporations, partnerships and other entities, and the drafting and negotiation of general commercial contracts. She also assists clients on compliance with corporate and securities regulatory requirements relating to stock exchange listings, continuous disclosure obligations, shareholders’ meetings and corporate governance.
Prior to joining BLG, Joelle was admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales. She trained at a City law firm in London, gaining experience in the area of corporate, financial services and labour law.
