She has conducted banking and financing transactions on behalf of both borrowers and lenders and has experience in the preparation and review of loan and security documents. Katherine has also assisted clients with a broad range of commercial transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures involving oil and gas assets, and has experience drafting and analyzing commercial contracts.
She graduated from the University of Alberta's Faculty of Law in 2011. Prior to law school, Katherine obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Behavioural Science with Great Distinction from McGill University in Montreal.
