Executive Summary

Laura Poppel is an associate in our Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group in our Calgary office. Laura has a general commercial practice with a focus on corporate commercial disputes, civil fraud, interlocutory applications and injunctions and energy related litigation. She acts and advises clients in these areas and has experience in regulatory proceedings before the Alberta Utilities Commission as well as proceedings at the Alberta Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench.
