Locklyn has a general commercial practice with a focus on corporate commercial disputes, civil fraud, interlocutory applications and injunctions, construction and lien disputes, appellate litigation, and insolvency matters.

Locklyn’s corporate commercial practice involves representing clients with respect to a wide array of corporate commercial disputes, including disputes and litigation arising from contracts, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, arbitration agreements, land disputes, condominium corporation bylaws, construction disputes, unpaid invoices, liens, and loans.

He also has extensive experience with interlocutory applications including specific expertise with attachment orders, mareva injunctions, and security for costs applications.
