Executive Summary

Loni da Costa is a partner and registered Canadian trademark agent in our Commercial Litigation Group in our Calgary Office.

Loni focuses her practice on oil & gas litigation and regulatory, intellectual property litigation, and securities litigation. She assists clients with various oil & gas and intellectual property-related disputes, and advises clients with respect to securities-related regulatory investigations.

Loni has appeared before the Alberta Provincial Court and Court of Queen’s Bench, the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC), and the Energy Resources Conservation Board (ERCB).
