Biography

Murray Suderman is a partner in the firm’s Insurance Group. His practice is focused on a broad range of insurance litigation matters before courts in Alberta and British Columbia, with a strong emphasis on representing insured businesses and individuals involved in comprehensive general liability, product liability, fire loss and personal injury claims.

Murray also advises insurers on complex coverage issues, prepares coverage opinions, defends insurers in coverage disputes and pursues subrogated claims on behalf of insurers. In addition to his comprehensive insurance litigation practice, Murray has also represented, businesses, government entities and individuals in a variety of civil, commercial and criminal litigation matters.

He inspires confidence from clients by always providing a realistic picture of their position in the case and exploring every option available for achieving a favourable result quickly and cost efficiently.
