Paul Taylor is a lawyer in our Commercial Real Estate Group. Paul commenced his legal career as a litigator and has appeared at all levels of Court in the Province of Alberta. Paul has made numerous successful Court Applications, has run a number of Trials, and has a number of reported decisions. Paul applies the hard-lined, persuasive, and practical negotiating skills he developed as a litigator in his Commercial Real Estate and Financing Practice.
Paul practices in the area of Real Estate Law and Finance, and acts for Developers, Brokers, Purchasers, Vendors, Landlords, Tenants, Lenders, and Borrowers with respect to development, purchases, sales, leasing, lending, borrowing, and on occasion Real Estate related litigation matters. Paul acts on behalf of individuals and corporations that carry on business in Alberta as well as Internationally, and on a daily basis is involved with reviewing, drafting, negotiating, enforcing, and providing advice with respect to real estate and finance related matters and documents.
Paul takes a practical and cost-effective approach to all legal work to ensure his clients receive prompt, value added service and useful advice.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys hiking with his wife in the Rocky Mountains in Alberta and fishing when he gets the chance.
